We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, so please take a moment to review your order before completing your purchase. Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging and handling each of our handmade pipecleaner creations to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will do our best to address the issue, whether that means offering a replacement, repair guidance, or another solution. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want your new blooms and keepsakes to bring you joy right from the start.
